Time and Space is a four tower residence perched at the foot of Front and Sherbourne in Toronto. In an underdeveloped area with limited residential options, the brand needed to make a statement and make people think twice about waiting for another time. Leveraging the striking and unique brutalist architectural features, a timeless black and white visual system was designed to create a brand that simultaneously captures a feeling of curiosity and elegance.
